lazy, i guess .
trng today
okay. ran indoors for warm-ups.
and they run lyk sprinting la !
then did the steps thing in the forum .
after that, did 500 skips !!

im abit worried abt our pw.
lyk have barely started ..

just finished a judy blume book,
havent read her books for a longlong time.
dont feel lyk updating now,
except that i dont feel lyk going for a THREE-DAY church camp and miss the shopping day :( den only can go ltr. not nice.
